The Cinnamon Chipotle blend was created to be used as a dry rub. It is also a sugar-based blend with an intriguing combination of sweet brown sugar, spicy cinnamon and smoky chipotle flavors. It is also light on salt allowing the flavors to shout out on their own.
This blend is especially recommended for pork tenderloins, chicken thighs and hot wings. Also great in Cincinnati-style chili and on sweet potatoes and sweet potato fries. Try it in apple crisp ~ then add a dollop of ice cream and sprinkle a little more on the ice cream. Amazing on apple slices sautéed in butter. Also good on melon. Definitely good on popcorn and warm, roasted mixed nuts.
